Sculptyx is committed to maintaining transparency, trust, and quality in all our customer interactions. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, modified, or considered for service adjustments.

Sculptyx Return & Refund Policy

At Sculptyx, each piece is crafted with precision and care. However, if there’s ever a genuine issue, we’re here to help—within reason, fairness, and clarity.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items are eligible for return or replacement.

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange.

  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during transit.

2. Mandatory Proof for Returns

To initiate a return, the customer must provide:

  • Photo of the invoice and the outer package.

  • Clear video proof of:

    • Unboxing (if possible)

    • Repacking the item securely

    • Handover to the courier/delivery agent

This helps us prevent misuse and ensure full transparency.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item is received in a defective or damaged state, a video of the original packaging and unboxing must be sent to our support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email within 7 days.

  • Upon internal review and approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickups are arranged by us using our trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping charges will apply if the return address is outside Karnataka.

  • In some regions, a small logistics fee may also be applied depending on courier availability.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

  • If approved:

    • A refund will be processed to the original payment method (bank or UPI).

    • No cash, store credit, or gift card refunds are offered.

  • For custom orders or special cases, 50% of the making charges will be deducted to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs.

6. Sizing Issues

  • Only size adjustments (such as ring size) are allowed once per customer. No style or design changes will be accepted after the order is placed.

7. What Is Not Covered

  • Products returned without original packaging or video/photo proof.

  • Items returned due to personal preference, style change, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day window.
