Welcome to Sculptyx. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.sculptyx.com) and services, including all purchases made via this platform. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information

We sell ornaments crafted from gold, silver, gemstones, and other premium materials. Products are either handmade or machine-made. All listings include specifications, hallmarking (if applicable), certifications, and pricing.

Please note:

  • Custom orders require 50% or 100% advance payment.

  • Prices are originally displayed in INR, but users can convert currency using our integrated converter tool (“BUCKS”) based on their country.

  • Currency conversion is for display only. Final payment may still be processed in INR or your local currency depending on your payment gateway (Razorpay, PayPal, or bank transfer).

4. Pricing, Taxes & International Orders

Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply as per the laws of the recipient country.

  • We collect international taxes as applicable, based on destination country rules.

  • The customer is responsible for any duties or import regulations in their country.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address, or per order.

For custom orders:

  • Once confirmed, you cannot cancel unless mutually agreed upon.

  • In rare cases of production failure, we will offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Delivery Time:
We ship within India and internationally. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days, subject to courier timelines and customs clearance.

6. Loss, Damage & Insurance

We use insured couriers. In case of loss or transit damage, we will initiate a replacement or refund after the customer provides proper documentation (photos, unboxing video if required, as per Return & Refund Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product photos, designs, brand elements, text descriptions, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Sculptyx.
Copying, reproduction, or misuse without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Modification of Products/Services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any part of our website, product offerings, or services without prior notice.
Exception: For confirmed custom orders, any changes will be communicated in advance. If we are unable to fulfil the product, a full refund will be processed.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our site or services for:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward our team or brand

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our products or intellectual property

  • False chargebacks or payment fraud

We reserve the right to blacklist, block, or ban any user for abuse, fraud, or misuse. Serious violations may result in legal proceedings.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

  • While we ensure high quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

  • Colours, weights, and specifications may slightly vary due to screen differences or craftsmanship, especially in handmade pieces.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sculptyx and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
